The Internet can also harm you if your not careful e.g. everybody uses chat rooms but not everybody who uses a chat room is a student. and it can be really easy to be tricked into befriending somebody who only wants to harm you if you're not careful on the Internet.
However, you can talk to friends on the Internet; and if you're a musician you can talk to other musican's on Myspace. If you are a writer like me then you can set up your own blog.
If you are a student there are chat rooms for course work and study such as Sparknotes.

On http://www.novelmaker.com/index/ you can write a book and upload stories. You can also talk to other writers who are a part of the community of writers.

There are five sites you can use to create your own comics:
ReplyDeleteMakeBeliefsComix.com - can be used by adults and kids but colour is a limiting factor. MarvelKids.com’s Create Your Own Comic - its a good site but you can only use marvel characters.
ToonDoo - flexiable, you can create your own characters and you can paint them.
